Collingwood college at the european university games
Collingwood athletes Christian Palmer (2nd Year Philosophy), Saskia Devereux (1st Year Criminology) and Daniel Weatherly (1st Year Chemistry) have all gained selection for the 2018 EUSA Rowing Championships in Coimbra, Portugal.
Christian and Dan have been selected to race the Heavyweight Men's Coxless Four and Saskia will be competing in the Lightweight Women's Quad.
We are proudly representing Collingwood College, Durham University and Great Britain at this championships and we need your help in order to be able to compete!

Where will your donation go?
Your donation will help fund our athletes and will go towards the total cost per athlete of £700.
Breakdown of costs per athlete:
Competition Fee (Race Entry, Equipment Hire): £400
Travel (Inc. Flights) : £200
Competition Race Kit & Uniform: £100
As full time student athletes we have trained all year for the opportunity to represent our country, racing at the national BUCS regatta in order to gain qualification. A donation, whatever the amount, directly benefits our athletes by supporting the already significant financial commitment that University representation brings.
